Philea e Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo hanno pubblicato “Data Science, AI and Data Philanthropy in Foundations: On the Path to Maturity”, un rapporto dedicato al tema della data science nella filantropia europea, con l’obiettivo di migliorare la comprensione del settore su ciò che viene fatto o realizzato in questo ambito.
Insieme al resto della società, le fondazioni filantropiche sono state influenzate dal profondo cambiamento che ha reso i dati e la tecnologia fondamentali e imperativi per massimizzare l’impatto. Tuttavia, qual è la posizione delle fondazioni in questa rivoluzione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale? Le fondazioni utilizzano veramente i dati? Perché è importante?
ONLINE IL RAPPORTO “DONNE LEADER DELLE ORGANIZZAZIONI DELLA SOCIETÀ CIVILE PER IL CAMBIAMENTO SISTEMICO”
Questo nuovo studio, primo nel suo genere, analizza i progressi compiuti dalla società civile nell’ultimo decennio, nonché le barriere ancora esistenti e le nuove opportunità per le donne leader delle organizzazioni della società civile nel promuovere e realizzare un cambiamento sistemico in Europa. Sulla base di 150 interviste, lo studio ha rilevato che le sfide sistemiche si devono affrontare includono il sovraccarico di lavoro strutturale, l’esaurimento, la cattiva salute, le richieste irragionevoli e la misoginia.
Per affrontare le sfide che molte donne leader delle CSO si trovano ad affrontare, lo studio politico identifica quattro “aree prioritarie di intervento”: ripensare radicalmente le culture del potere e della leadership; mettere al centro il tema della cura e modificare le norme sociali: affrontare l’insicurezza finanziaria strutturale del settore e investire nell’uguaglianza di genere, nella diversità e nell’inclusione.
