The first online exchange programme for staff of foundations and philanthropic organisations, a place for exchange and peer-to-peer discussion based on one’s own experience
(C)officer – a world café between officers, entirely conceived by Assifero, is the first online exchange programme dedicated to the staff of foundations and philanthropic organisations, created with the aim of providing them with opportunities for training and developing their skills, increasing connections and facilitating relations also at staff level between the various organisations. The aim is to offer a place for exchange and peer-to-peer discussion based on one’s own experience.
It consists of 60-minute online meetings, with a frequency of about 6 to 8 weeks, where officers from different organisations can informally get to know each other, exchange views, and explore specific aspects of their respective work, the functioning of their organisations, processes within philanthropic organisations, or specific issues they have raised.
